Why do I see PayXpress on my bank statement?

PayXpress is a mean of payment, and many merchants are using our solutions to secure their transactions. This is why you may see our name from time to time on your bank statements or on Payment devices.

  • Online: You may have loaded your e-Wallet PayXpress or, A merchant you have paid has used our secured payment page as well as the features of our eWallet.
  • Offline: You may have paid a merchant who used our Soft MPOS solution / payment on mobile.
I see regular payments to PayXpress, why?

Our secure and innovative technology is often used to facilitate recurring payments, allowing you to get a regular access to the services sold by merchants. As online content, a gym subscription, anything that you have subscribed to and for which a regular payment is requested.

Maye, you don’t want to keep this subscription and we can help you to request the merchant to stop it. Beware that the related service will not be
provided any longer.

I still can´t find or remember what the payment is about?

In that case, we highly recommend you get in touch with us either by email, phone or chat agent so we help you out. Do not worry, PayXpress will make everything possible to support you.

For all transactions going through our eWallet, you must have received an email of confirmation of payment from PayXpress, and we invite you to look for it in your email boxes as well as anti-spam one. Once you find it you will have all information about the purchase you have done.

I am not happy with the service received from a Merchant using PayXpress, what shall I do?

We are here to help you, and we will make sure the merchant either delivers the goods or service you bought or we will manage to get you refunded partially or totally depending on circumstances.

STANDARD KYC

For remote identification you need to submit the following documents:

  1. Copy of passport
  2. Selfie with passport (your photograph with the passport in your hand)
  3. Utility bill, issued on your name, which indicates your residence address. Date of the utility bill should not be older than 3 months.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR PREMIUM PLAN

  • Justification of source of funds
  • More information might be requested based on the needs to clarify justification of large sums or transactions.
How to order a payxpress card?

Payxpress makes it easy for you.

Once your company has entered into a contractual relationship with Payxpert UK Ltd, your company or yourself will be able to register online.

Depending on the type of card requested, and once provided the adapted KYC information, your company will have to transfer the amount . Pay the amount for the card you have selected as well as additional amount that will be immediately loaded on your payxpress card.

You will receive your card within 10-15 working days.

You can start by a Standard Plan, you will be able to get rapidly your card, and then once satisfied with our services it will be easy for you to upgrade to the advanced plan or later on premium plan, while sending more information for our compliance processes.

Is there any age limit?

You must be over 18 years to request a payxpress card.

Are there any restrictions from specific countries from opening an account or get a card?

Yes indeed, we will not be able to work with individuals or corporate clients based in countries listed under UN Trading embargo or OFAC Sanctions. As well we must stress out that some countries may have different limits due to the risk factor they represent.

What are the currencies supported by Payxpress prepaid cards?

At the beginning of the process you will be asked to chose between Euros, GBP or USD. you can as well ask us for cards in the different currencies. Limitations may apply on amounts of cards and amounts of funds handled.

What is a corporate Account?

A corporate account, once the company has passed the normal KYC and AML procedures organized by payxpert, will allow the accepted company to open accounts to its employees or affiliates, in order to organise monthly payroll payments, payment of commmissions, or even to give a payment card to employees for the payment of their travel expenses.
